There's something quirky and cool about Rennie Sparks of The Handsome Family. It’s not every day that you hear of a person writing frivolous ransom notes or aspiring to own a donkey. It's rather exhilarating, not just because of her quirkiness, but also because of her appreciation and understanding of the smallest, but yet so prominent objects and concepts in life.
