New Year = New resolution, and you've promised yourself that this time (sort of like last time) your New Year's resolution will last longer than a week. We get it. Everyone slips up on the "healthy" eating habits once in a while or skips a day of discipline at the gym.

Believe me, giving in to temptation can be costly, like the extra seven pounds added to my scale. Giving myself the benefit of the doubt, I decided my scale was broken.
