High Five! from Green Light Go's Lauren Mercury Roberts

2010 was a good year and with it, came some great records. I have to say, it was nearly impossible to narrow down my favorite records of the past 365 days to a mere "High Five," so to put a little kick in the step of 2011, I'm throwing in a bonus five. On that note, raise your champagne glass, kiss a stranger, and have the happiest New Year on behalf of your friends at Green Light Go.

1. OK Go – Of the Blue Colour of the Sky

2. The National – High Violet

3. Beach House – Teen Dream

4. Arcade Fire – The Suburbs

5. Spoon – Transference

Bonus Five!

Stars – The Five Ghosts

Dr. Dog – Shame, Shame

Hurricane Bells – Down Comes The Rain EP

The Tallest Man on Earth – The Wild Hunt

Best Coast – Crazy for You

To celebrate the end of the nine to five, a Green Light Go staff member or artist will leave you with their short list of favorite things, better known as the High Five!

This week's High Five! is brought to you by: Lauren Mercury Roberts
